GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• Every sale is validated upon written confirmation from the seller 
• Travel information is subject to change 
• All prices in our webshop exclude VAT  
• The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date 
• If the traveller books less than 1 month before the departure date, he must pay the total travel sum immediately 
• If the invoice remains unpaid for 10 days after a reminder has been sent by registered mail, the debt will be increased by 10% of the invoice amount 
• In the event  of non-payment of the travel sum due before departure, SFC Travel is entitled to cancel the trip and charge the traveller for the resulting cancellation costs 
• If the travellercancels an ordered trip less than 30 days before departure, he loses 50% of the trip price, less than 14 days before departure, he loses the full trip price 
• If the traveller provides incorrect information and this leads to additional costs for the tour operator, these costs may be charged to the traveller 
• If the customer has booked insurance with Protections Travel Insurance, the terms and conditions and policy can be consulted 24 hours a day on the website or are available with your travel agent on request 
• Any complaint or objection of any kind or in any circumstances must be notified by registerd letter 
• The maximum luggage allowance per person is 1 suitcase of 25 kg and 1 hand luggage of 5 kg 
• Our company is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of travel goods located inside the vehicles or in any luggage compartment
