GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Every sale is validated upon written confirmation from the seller
- Travel information is subject to change
- All prices in our webshop exclude VAT
- The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date
- If the traveller books less than 1 month before the departure date, he must pay the total travel sum immediately
- If the invoice remains unpaid for 10 days after a reminder has been sent by registered mail, the debt will be increased by 10% of the invoice amount
- In the event of non-payment of the travel sum due before departure, SFC Travel is entitled to cancel the trip and charge the traveller for the resulting cancellation costs
- If the travellercancels an ordered trip less than 30 days before departure, he loses 50% of the trip price, less than 14 days before departure, he loses the full trip price
- If the traveller provides incorrect information and this leads to additional costs for the tour operator, these costs may be charged to the traveller
- If the customer has booked insurance with Protections Travel Insurance, the terms and conditions and policy can be consulted 24 hours a day on the website or are available with your travel agent on request
- Any complaint or objection of any kind or in any circumstances must be notified by registerd letter
- The maximum luggage allowance per person is 1 suitcase of 25 kg and 1 hand luggage of 5 kg
- Our company is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of travel goods located inside the vehicles or in any luggage compartment
